University Vacancies UNIVERSITY OF OTAGO Department of Nutrition SCIENTIFIC OFFICER APPLICATIONS are invited from persons skilled in biochemical and chemical methodology to work on the selenium project which is supported by the Medical Research Council of New Zealand. The successful applicant will be required to establish techniques for the separation and Identification of urinary metabolites of selenium using HPLC methods and to carry out biochemical techniques for studying adaptation of New Zealand residents to their low selenium status. The applicant should have M.Sc., M.H.Sc., B.Sc.(Hons), Dlp.Sci. or B.Sc., preferably In biochemistry, chemistry or nutrition.
