IEL can apply
NZPA-AAP Melbourne Industrial Equity, Ltd (lEL), will be able to apply to the Victorian Government for reimbursement of the sAust7o million tied up in disputed North Broken Hill Holdings, Ltd, shares if they are sold by. the National Companies and Securities Commission, an NCSC spokesman 'said.
Mr Justice Fullagar, of the Victorian Supreme Court, yesterday had ordered the shares be sold by the NCSC within six months with the proceeds going to the Victorian Treasury under Section 462 of the companies code.
