Bond trims holding
NZPA-AAP Perth Mr Alan Bond’s Bond Corporation has reduced its holding in Airship Industries, Ltd, to 49 per cent as part of a longterm plan to broaden the United Kingdom-based airship manufacturer’s institutional holding. Bond Corporation, which previously held 62 per cent of Airship’s issued capital, sold 22M shares, mainly to Australian institutional investors at 25p each. Bond Corporation said the decision was in line with the group’s preferred policy of taking either 100 per cent or minority positions in other companies.
