Mixed doubles events played in the recent Canterbury Veterans’ Tennis Association championships at Wilding Park were:— Combined age 85 and over.— Winners, W. Thom and Miss J. Davidson; runners-up, B. Crofts and Mrs S. Harris; plate winners, W. Ratana and Mrs K de Zwart; consolation, J. Reader and Mrs C. Pearce.
Combined age 105 and over.— Winners, R. Pattinson and Mrs L. Fitzgerald; runners-up, D. Taylor and Mrs P. Cosgriff; plate winners, R. van Ysselsteyn and Mrs T. Wessels; consolation, G. Finney and Mrs D. Smith.
