Hit-and-run witnesses
Witnesses to a hit-and-run accident on Wednesday evening are sought by the Ministry of Transport. A silver Mark II Cortina and a cyclist collided about 7.40 p.m. on Milton Street near Barrington Street Spreydon. The cyclist suffered bruising and lacerations. Traffic Sergeant Graham Reeves said the driver of the car did not stop.
Anyone who saw the accident should get in touch with Traffic Sergeant Reeves.
