Executive Management role . . . MANUFACTURING MANAGER I Our client is a market leader, the subsidiary of a major international mH group, manufacturing a range of products with diverse industrial HH applications. 9H The Manufacturing Manager, a member of Executive Management, is responsible to the Managing Director for the operation of a manufacturing complex producing higher technology flexible packaging to exacting ■■ specifications and standards. SH This Manager heads up a plant management team with responsibilities in HI planning, purchasing, production and maintenance and plays a wide role in the corporate policy formation and long range planning. Overseas travel is HH necessary to maintain an effective liaison with international affiliates. It is anticipated that a successful candidate would have a tertiary Ml qualification in engineering or science and have indepth experience (a minimum of 10 years) in management roles in a production or production related environment. Key personal attributes include the ability to lead the plant team in maintaining high levels of production to strict quality standards whilst HH ensuring that new technology and processes are introduced in the complex. For this key position an executive remuneration package will be negotiated mH to include a motor vehicle and other benefits.
