The ordinary shares of an Auckland-based laundry and manufacturing company, Endeavour Services Corporation, Ltd, are removed from the Stock Exchange list, following virtual completion of the take-over by Young Nick Holdings, Ltd. But Endeavour said in a statement its debenture stock remains listed.
