Real estate take-over
Neumann Real Estate, Ltd, will take over another Christchurch firm, Pasley Real Estate, Ltd, on March 1. The owner of Pasley Real Estate, Mr Tom Pasley, who has been in the land-agency business in Christchurch for 28 years, will retire to Nelson. Both firms are active in property management, as well as selling. Mr Neil Neumann, of Neumann Real Estate, said his firm would have about 35 employees after it absorbed Pasley Real Estate.
