Viv Richards captain
NZPA-Reuter Kingston The West Indies Cricket Board of Control (W.1.C.8.C.) yesterday confirmed Viv Richards as captain of the West Indies team for the forthcoming test series against England. Richards, aged 33, of Antigua, was named cap-
tain during New Zealand’s tour of the West Indies last year after the retirement of Clive Lloyd. England will play five tests, four one-day internationals and five firstclass matches during the tour. The first test starts in Jamaica on February 21.
