This prohibition does not apply to fires lit In Incinerators or fire places between the hours of 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. each day. In the event of a strong wind blowing or If conditions are such that fire Is likely to spread or on any day In respect of which a broadcast warning has been given prohibiting the lighting of fires, total restrictions will apply. In the event of fire spreading, the person lighting the fire Is liable for any actionable damage sustained by any other person In consequence of that action, even If the fire Is lit within the allowable burning time.
