PA Wellington The Examiner of Commercial Practices has given approval to Equiticorp Holdings, Ltd, to acquire up to 50 per cent of Feltex New Zealand, Ltd. It already holds close to this mark.
Approval has also been given for:
• Mr D. W. Phillips to acquire up to 49 per cent of the National Bloodstock Corporation, Ltd. He is the company’s largest shareholder. • Arnotts Foods (NZ), Ltd, to acquire 100 per cent of the shareholding in Aulsebrooks, Ltd.
