AITKEN, Gertrude — On January 25, 1986, at the Archer Memorial Home, Christchurch, wife of the late Alexander McAlister Aitken, loved mother and mother-in-law of Jean and Terry Walls, and loved gran of Geoffrey (Auckland), and Helen (Alice Springs, Australia); In her 95th year. At her request, a private Funeral service will be held. Lamb and Hayward, Ltd, F.D.A.N.Z. (Inc.).
BLUNDEN, Ida Ellia Elizabeth — On January 27, 1986, at Wairoa, dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of ,Joan and John Gibson, Pat, Betty and the late Alf Miller, Marie and Robin Franklin, Anne and the late Brian Clearwater, Billie and Allster Holmes, Peter and Kay Blunden, and Sally and Peter Botica, and a much loved grandmother and greatgrandmother; aged 82 years. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Peter’s Catholic Church, Wairoa, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 10.30 a.m., to be followed by Interment at the Wairoa Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited This Day (Tuesday), at 7 p.m. J. W. James, Wairoa.
