Export briefing
There are still major opportunities ahead for New Zealand exporters in 1986, provided they have the expertise to negotiate the effects of deregulation, the Export Institute says. The institute is holding a series of briefing sessions for exporters throughout the country. The aim of the sessions, in J six cities, “Export Challenge
1986,” is to ensure exporters are well equipped to cope with floating exchange rates, loss of export incentives and other key issues which will dominate trade this year. The sessions will be held in Auckland on February 24, Wellington on February 25, Christchurch on February 26, Dunedin on February 27, Hamilton on March 3, and Napier on March 4.
