A two-day-old scimitar-horned oryx lies near other members of its herd at Orana Park yesterday. The female youngster and her mother are both well and will be on public display in about three months. The scimitar-horned oryx are an endangered species but Orana Park has a herd of 13, with another one expected shortly.
