(Land held in CsT 21K/541, 21K/542, 21K/543). A steady demand for Rural-Residential lots In the vicinity of Ranglora has led to this proposed zoning change and Council sees the rezonlng of this piece of land as a logical extension to the Rural Residential 1 zone on the opposite side of the road. The Council does not believe that existing Rural Residential zones in the vicinity of the borough will be adversely affected.
