ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL LINCOLN SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS EXTENSION LOAN, 1985, $200,000 IT is hereby publicly notified that the Ellesmere County Council at a Special Meeting held in the Council Chambers, High Street, Leeston, on Monday 16th December, 1985, RESOLVED by way of Special Order to raise a loan of $200,000.00 repayable over a period of twenty (20) years for the purpose of extending and upgrading the existing Lincoln Sewage Treatment Works and reimbursing the General Account amounts previously expended for this purpose. A full copy of the Special Order is deposited at the Council Office, High Street, Leeston, and is open for public inspection during normal office hours until 4.30 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 1986. The Resolution is to be submitted to the Ordinary Meeting of the Ellesmere County Council scheduled for Monday 27th January, 1986, for confirmation as a Special Order. IT IS HEREBY further publicly notified that a Poll of Ratepayers is required to be taken if fifteen per cent (15%) of the Ratepayers in the Lincoln Sewerage Area so demand in writing either delivered or sent by post to the undersigned by 9.00 a.m. on the date fixed for confirmation of the Special Order.
