BOARDMAN, Jamas Joseph (Jimmy) — Jim, Josie and family wish to sincerely thank all their relatives and friends for their kindness and sympathy shown in the sad loss off a dearly loved son and brother, Jimmy. A special thank you to John Tyson In Australia and his family at Twlzel, Mr Odey, all the Hoffman family, Combined Servicemen’s Club, R.S.A. and Lions Club. As there are far too many to thank personally please accept this as a personal thank you.

BUDDEN, Frank Lionel — I would like to thank the very many who by their presence at the St John’s Church service, expressed their high regard for Frank, the endearing officiating minister, close relatives, wonderful friends and caring neighbours, bowlers and colleagues, Who at one time or another worked with him. Also those who came long distances to attend the service. Special thanks to the staff of Ward 4 of the Burwood Hospital over the 10 weeks Frank was in their care — for their patience and dedication at all times. To the members of St John’s Church, Redcliffs, a very sincere thank you for their love and support. These I shall always remember with gratitude. May God bless you all. Ethel and Elizabeth Budden. KEMPTHORNE, Nancy May (Nan) — Oke, Bruce and Linda, Robyn and John and families would like to extend a very sincere thankyou to the many people who have sent cards, letters, flowers etc. during Nan’s long illness and since her passing on December 21,1985. To the many relatives, friends and neighbours In Christchurch and elsewhere for their love, help, kindness, baking etc. our sincere thanks. To the Nurse Maude nurses and the kindness and sincerity of Allan, the Cancer nurse, our grateful thanks. To the ladies of the Mt Pleasant Church for afternoon tea and Donald, our Presbyterian Minister who gave so much of his time and kindness over the past few months, our sincere thanks.
