Extraction method will be by hauler preterrably of 150 - 200 km with. Integral spar and the capability to be used on both up hill and down hill logging either as a skyline or high lead unit. Operations commencement will be by negotiation with the Initial period of contract being for 12 months and there after to be reviewed annually subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of work for a further four years. Tenders should be submitted on a price per cubic metre basis. An alternate option for the lease of a suitable hauler to be operated by Forest Service resources will also be considered.
