The Northern region, from Turangi Nortn has its sales,, administration, warehousing and distribution facilities located in Auckland. Total employees number twenty-eight. The Regional Manager, reporting to the Sales Director will be personally and directly responsible for the achievement of budgeted sales volumes and profit within the region. There is a strong emphasis on sales management and field operations and this will require a high level of competency in the techniques of selling and merchandising and empathy with retailing. The position offers considerable scope and challenge for an innovative and self-motivated achiever. REQUIREMENTS • A sound understanding of high volume consumer product marketing, backed by successful sales management experience. • The commercial acumen and initiative for "profit centre" management. • Strong leadership qualities and ability to interact at all levels. • Flair and creative drive to achievement through subordinates. • Age range flexible, but preferably 28-45 group.
