Sir, — Leslie Bogren’s gentlemanly reply reaffirms my contention that we can ill afford to ditch our old allies and cobbers, the Americans and Australians. We needed big brothers in 1942 too, and fortunately for us, we had them. I agree, with Mr Bogren, to disagree. — Yours, etc., LLOYD HABGOOD. January 8, 1986.
