Carter Holt order
PA Wellington The Auckland brokers, Morrow and Benjamin, have told the Stock Exchange that they will stand in the market to buy 5M shares in Carter Holt Harvey, Ltd, on behalf of “a substantial New Zealand public listed company.” The prices offered are 310 c for ordinary shares, 260 c for contributing shares with options, and 210 c for contributing shares without options.
The shares sought represent just over 1 per cent of the company’s issued capital.
