Soviet plant explosion
NZPA-Reuter Tokyo A Japanese newspaper said yesterday there had been a large explosion last September at a Soviet plant making solid fuel for nuclear missiles. The blast was believed to have killed many workers and damaged one of two main buildings at the plant, reducing production to a trickle, the newspaper reported.
