Jedi request
Jedi Corporation Ltd, directors have asked Equiticorp Holdings, Ltd, to reconsider the pricing of its full take-over offer. The directors said in a statement to the Stock Exchange that they agreed in principle to the offer, but would await a response from the Equiticorp board to their request on the pricing before making a recommendation to shareholders.
