Lamb plans ‘progressing’
By CHRIS TOBIN in Timaru Plans to export 300,000 live ram lambs through the Port of Timaru and a North Island port to Saudi Arabia in May are “progressing satisfactorily.” A spokesman for the company handling the consignment, New Zealand Agricultural Exports, Ltd, of Cambridge, said yesterday everything was in the preplanning stage. Stock agents of Wrightson N.M.A. were buying on behalf of the ' company, the spokesman said.
