New bid for Endeavour
O’Connor Grieve and Company are standing in the market on behalf of Omnicorp Investments, Ltd, to increase Omnicorp’s Holding to 10.1 per cent of the ordinary share capital of Endeavour Services Corporation. The offer price is 175 c per share. This offer is 10c above the offer by Young Nick Holdings, which has been recommended by the Endeavour board, and is 20c above the current market price of 155 c. Omnicorp Investments yesterday acquired shares and/or options over shares representing 7.9 per cent of the capital of Endeavour. Omnicorp is therefore seeking a further 542,000 ordinary shares in Endeavour on a first-come, first-served basis.
