Two still seriously ill
Two persons are still seriously ill in the intensivecare unit of Christchurch Hospital after separate road accidents in Canterbury recently. Mr Bruce Gemmell, aged 21, of Christchurch, was seriously injured wh®i the car in which he was a
passenger . and a truck collided head-on on the Tunnel Road on Monday afternoon. Mrs Euphemia Beveridge, aged 81, of Linwood, suffered multiple injuries in a head-on collision involving two cars near Kirwee last Friday.
