A full copy of the Special Order is deposited at the Council Office, High Street, Leeston, and is open for public inspection during normal office hours until 4.30 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 1986. The Resolution is to be submitted to the' Ordinary Meeting of the Ellesmere County Council scheduled for Monday 27th January, 1986, for confirmation as a Special Order.
