The |i||» Company whose Head Office is based in Christchurch, seeks a highly M| talented General Manager for their apparel subsidiary which BK manufactures and markets a wide and prestigious range of casual, hgi industrial and outdoor clothing for the domestic and export markets. The Position, reporting directly to the Company and Group Managing Director needs the skills of a top flight achiever in ‘turnaround’ MMR situations. Requirements of the successful applicant shall include: ggn*; • A successful background in the apparel industry, preferably in 9g| synthetics and/or wet weather gear. • A successful record of ‘profit centre’ management experience at |j||g senior level. • Strong marketing philosophy, backed by commercial financial Hgjj acumen, and planning and strategy development skills. M • Sound leadership qualities with ability to motivate and develop mbn team morale. w|| • Evidence of high level, lateral thinking abilities.
