Woolshed Creek reserve
Sir,—ln fairness to the large number of local people and businesses who supplied time and materials to help with the development of the Woolshed Creek Reserve, I point out that P.E.P. workers were not involved with this project However, we would support Christine Rowlands (“The Press,” December 12) in saying that PE.P. was a useful scheme for the development and maintenance of reserves and that a new scheme should be devised for this purpose.—Yours, etc., B. W. HUMM, Secretary, Woolshed Creek Development Committee, Ashburton R.D. December 13, 1985.
