Former Marcos Minister dies

NZPA-Reuter Manila A former Philippines’ Foreign Minister, BrigadierGeneral Carlos Romulo, died yesterday in hospital after a lingering kidney ailment and other problems. General Romulo, who had emergency surgery on Tuesday for intestinal bleeding, died from circulatory collapse caused by brain, heart, lung, liver and kidney failure.
