Seismic survey
About 200 people are involved in a seismic surveying programme in Southland by Amoco New Zealand Exploration under an agreement with New Zealand Petroleum Company, Ltd, the two companies announced. The programme started in August and is expected to continue until the middle of next year, providing more than 1000 km of seismic recording.
