The Brierley-controlled Weigas Holdings, Ltd, now holds 50.12 per cent of the listed East Coast Gas Supply, Ltd.. Welgas told the Stock Exchange that it has purchased by private treaty and on-mar-ket transactions 10.12 per cent of East Coast Gas, bringing its holding to 50.12 per cent.
