The Royal Family said the suggetion in "Prive’s” headline, “Crown Prince spends amorous weekend , with mystery blonde,” was unfounded : and that the prince had not visited the hotel mentioned. demanded that . “Prive” should print a correction written by Prince Claus. Upholding? the application, the judge; said the magazine had failed to substantiate tip-offs on which its report was based. The European Commission says it has allocated food; aid worth 51 million European currency units > ($77.88 million), mainly to J help Afghan refugees in Pakistan and for famine relief! in Africa. It also announced a European Community; cash grant of 415 million E.C.U. ($6.54 million) to Niger! in lieu of planned shipments of 30,000 tonnes of cereals (this year.
