Russians to be replaced
NZPA-Reuter Washington The United States announced yesterday that it will replace large numbers of Soviet citizens working at its embassy in Moscow with Americans to reduce the risk of spying. A State Department spokesman, Charles Redman, said that the Secretary of State, Mr George’ Shultz, had approved the plan, which also calls for Americans to replace some locally hired workers at embassies in other East European countries. > .
