JOLLIFFE & ASSOC. ■ CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL APPLICATION TO LEASE PART OF A RESERVE PURSUANT to the provisions of Section 54 of the Reserves Act 1977, it is hereby publicly notified that the Barrington Bowling Club Incorporated has applied to the Christchurch City Council for a lease over part of the land described in the Schedule below: SCHEDULE ALL that parcel of land containing 5.6187 HECTARES being Rural Sections 41317 and 41318. The above area describes Barrington Park fronting Barrington Street. The application in question is to lease two additional areas of the Park immediately adjoining this Bowling Club’s existing leasehold.
A Plan of the Park showing the additional pieces of the reserve the Bowling Club has applied to lease is available for Inspection at the Housing and Property Division, Department of City Administration, Civic Offices, 163 Tuam Street. Any person having any objection to the Barrington Bowling Club being granted additional reserve under lease or wishes to make submissions in relation to the proposal is required to lodge the same in writing with the undersigned not later than 4.30 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 1986.
