Position 1 — Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator. This challenging position would suit a motivated, enthusiastic quantity surveyor in the 25-35 age group who is keen to broaden, his/her career and become involved in the wide variety of projects currently being undertaken by our company. The successful applicant will be required to supervise staff, liaise with and advise clients on new projects, provide cost control, contract administration, and other project management services on multi-disciplinary projects. Position 2— Senior Quantity Surveyor/ Valuer. This is another senior position within the company and requires either a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Valuer with not less than 10 years experience who would be prepared to undertake a responsible role in this progressive and varied field. Our company provides a wide range of valuation services to industrial and commercial clients and the position will involve some travel within and outside New Zealand.
