Share prices fell sharply on the Singapore and Kuala Lum- ’ pur ? stock ’exchanges when . , trading : reopened yesterday ? , after a three-day suspension. ■ Buyers quoted 20 to 30 per cent lower than previous prices before the- Singapore Stock Exchange halted trading last Monday to avert a panic after the virtual collapse of a major industrial conglomerate, Pan-Electric Industries, Ltd.
