PA Wellington Members resumed the interrupted debate on ' the third reading of two bills when Parliament sat at 9 a.m.-yes-terday. The State Service Conditions of Employment Bill (No. 2) and the Health Service Personnel Amendment Bill (No. 2) were later both given a third read-
tag. Debate then began on the committee stages of the Customs Act Amendment Bill (No. 2). ' r<--. An Opposition attempt to change one clause was defeated, 43-28, and the bill passed its committee stages intact. Debate then began on the Income Tax Amendment Bill (No. 6). ' -•- : The bill passed-its committal stages as did the Income Tax (Annual) Bill.
