Thai venture
The Diamond Shamrock Chemicals Company has formed a joint venture company in Thailand to make chrome sulfate chemicals for the tanning industry. Diamond Shamrock will hold 49 per cent of Thai Diamond Shamrock Chrome, Ltd.
