Lion changes
Organisational changes have been made by Lion Corporation, Ltd, previously Lion
Breweries. The brewing and the hotels divisions of the Shave become separate liary companies with their own directorates, and work similarly to New Zealand Wines and Spirits, Ltd, which has been a Lion subsidiary for a number of years. The brewing division will revert to the name New Zealand Breweries, Ltd, which in recent years the company has used for its growing export activities.'
