Preparing to aim after a 100m sprint during the Royal New Zealand Air Force’s annual shooting competition at West Melton yesterday are Squadron Leader Roger Smith of Wellington, and Corporal Graeme Crickett (rear) of Whenuapai. Twenty-one marksmen from throughout the country competed for the Queen’s Medal. Squadron Leader Smith won with a score of 74 out of 100. He will be given the medal at Wigram today.
