Jones case nears end
PA Wellington Counsel will give their final addresses in the High Court at Wellington today, where Sir Robert Muldoon is seeking $600,009 damages from a Wellington businessman, Mr Bob Jones, for alleged defamation. The hearing began on November 18. Evidence ended yesterday. Mr Justice Jeffries has told the jury he will sum up the case tomorrow.
