MALVERN COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER TO LAY OUT A NEW ROAD NOTICE Is hereby given that in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Government Act, 1974 and all other Acts (any any) enabling in that behalf, the Malvern County Council at a meeting held on November 8,1985, resolved by way of Special Order as foUows:1 That the Malvern County Council pursuant to Section 320 of the Local Government Act, 1974 hereby resolves by way of Special Order that all that piece of land containing 1556 square metres or thereabouts situated in Block VIII Hororata Survey District being Rural Section 39305 and being all the land in Certificate .of Title Register 5D Folio 1346 (Canterbury Registry) SUBJECT TO: the Reservation and conditions Imposed by Section 59 of the Land Act, 1948, is and shall henceforth be layed out and dedicated as road. 2. That the Malvern County Council pursuant to Section 319 A of the Local Government Act, 1974, hereby resolves by way of Special Order that the new road dedicated above shall be named “Charles Street” A full copy of the Special Order is deposited at the office of the Malvern County Council, Darfleld and is open to the inspection of the public during office hours until December 13, 1985. It is further publicly notified that the resolution making the said Special Order is to be submitted for confirmation at a meeting of the said council to be held In the Council Chambers, Darfleld at 10.30 a.m. on Friday, December 13, 1985.
