Unusual arrest
PA Wellington Police made an unusual arrest when they apprehended a penguin found wandering in the Newtown area of Wellington on Sunday night. A passing motorist was pecked when trying to grab the bird. However, Colicemen managed to undle it up and take it to Wellington Zoo. '
