Speedring uses a compression ring system of seamless metal bands which are then swaged into the outer hose cover to firm!/ grip the inserted stem of the fitting — it's so simple it's a wonder no-one's thought of it before! ■ The Speedring System of swaging hydraulic fittings is unique. The compression tool is: Easily operated (fittings can be swaged in 2 minutes). U Fittings cannot be over or under swaged. ■ It is portable and has brackets to allow mounting to machine units or bench etc. ■ It will swage fittings from W to 1" inside diameter. ■ Dies are easily interchanged. ■ It has a cutter die assembly for quick and efficient removal of compression rings without destroying the rubber surface. ■ All fittings are re-usable.
