Russian envoys freed
NZPA-Reuter Beirut Three Soviet officials kidnapped in west Beirut a month ago were fre&d yesterday and taken to the Soviet Embassy. The three were seized in the Muslimcontrolled sector of Beirut on September 30. Less than two hours earlier a type-written statement issued by the kidnappers to international news agencies in Beirut said that they had freed the Russians “to show our good will.”
