Boilermakers to get increase up to 17%
Workers covered by the Canterbury, Otago and Southland boilermakers’ award will receive a wage increase of up to 17 per cent after conciliation talks held in Christchurch this week.
With the introduction of an industry allowance to be paid to indentured tradesmen boilermakers have retained relativity over workers covered by the metal trades award.
