Central Auckland projects
PA Auckland Landmark Properties, Ltd, will spend $2.95M on two freehold buildings in central Auckland. The multi-storey buildings in Lome Street, with a land area of 622 sq m and 2300 sq m of lettable space, have both been extensively upgraded, the company’s managing director Mr O. M. Newland, said.
Landmark recently sold Victoria House in Lome Street for a profit of ?3.2M. Mr Newland said he was confident the newly acquired properties would generate more profits and growth in the asset value of the company as large redevelopment projects in the immediate vicinity were either starting or under way.
