The values have been revised as at July 1, 1985, and notices showing the new values will be posted to all property-owners in the Malvern County. The District Valuer, Mr K. C. Hagan, said values in the county were last revised

The land value has moved in the same period from $236,762,000 to $213,307,000 and the value of improvements from $170,830,000 to $177,120,000. Mr Hagan said there had been a lack of sales to give

The valuation roll will be open for inspection at the council office and the Valuation Department’s office in the State Insurance Building, Christchurch, from October 14 to November 8. Valuers will be at the council office on October 30 from 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. to meet any propertyowners who wish to discuss
