Public Notices li ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL TRAFFIC AND PARKING BY-LAW NUMBER 2, 1985 PUBLIC NOTICE Is here by given that the Ellesmere County Council at a special meeting held on Monday, September 23, 1985, passed the following resolution:

“That pursuance and exercise of the powers vested In It by the local Government Act, 1974, the Transport Act, 1962, and amendments thereto, and all other Acts enabling It In that behalf, the Ellesmere County Council hereby resolve by way of Special Order to adopt a Bylaw for the control of Traffic and Parking within the County of Ellesmere to be known as the ELLESMERE COUNTY COUNCIL BYLAW NUMBER 2,1985, TRAFFIC AND PARKING.”

The purpose of this bylaw Is to enpower the Council to control the parking of vehicles and traffic within the County. It Is hereby further publicly notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Council Chambers, Leeston, at 1.30 p.m. on Monday October 21, 1985, for confirmation by way of Special Order. A full copy of the Bylaw Is deposited at the County Office High Street, Leeston for public Inspection, without fee, during normal office hours from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Friday October 18, 1985.
